Edinburgh based racing driver Emily Fletcher is currently looking for sponsorship with a view to racing in the British GT Championship.

Having won the Formula Woman scholarship in 2007, Emily went on to achieve several podium finishes. Emily is now striving to make her mark in mixed sex racing.

We hope this site will give you an insight into Emily's racing career, with all the excitement from the pit-lane and fresh updates of a full and varied calendar. The site will be regularly updated with news, race reports and photos from tracks such as Brands Hatch, Silverstone, Thruxton and Knockhill, so you can follow Emily's progress throughout the year.

G50 Campaign 2010

After a succesful debut outting at Brands Hatch Emily Fletcher is keen to contest a full G50 Cup campaign for the 2010 season. Emily is very excited about the prospect of the G50 Cup, "Racing in the G50 Cup will allow me to show what I am capable of. I found the G20 had lost it's excitement, it was not a car I enjoyed driving and it did not suit my driving style, the G50 however is a completely different car, it has the power to entertain and behaves in a manner I can both predict and enjoy."

As the clock struck 2:30am, and with the paddock just receiving news about the Rollcentre Mosler’s retirement, another class one car bowed out from what has been an epic clash. The Aquilla CR1 in the hands of Kelvin Burthad a significant off at Bridge, caused by a stuck throttle. Burt bravely got the Aquilla back to the pits, but to no avail. The Aquilla that was so supremely quick only seven hours earlier retired soon after re-joining, in a lowly fourty seventh position, seventy laps off the pace.
